Custom design sheets

IMPORTANT INFO
Please read before filling out the form below. This is a great option for those who live overseas, or can't travel to see me for a tattoo. Once received you can take the designs to a tattoo artist closer to you. If you are able to book an appointment with me, please go to the custom requests tab. 

DESIGN SHEETS RANGE FROM $150 - $180.
You will receive a digital A4 sized pdf document that contains 3 custom drawings based on your ideas for you to choose from. The cost also includes 2 edits that you are able to request once you have received the sheet. Line work design sheets are priced at $150. Shaded design sheets are priced at $180. For shaded designs you will receive line work concepts of each design. Your final choice on design concept will then be sent through with shading. 

PLEASE NOTE
-A response may take up to 14 days. Please be patient and also keep an eye on your junk folder as responses can often end up there. 
-Filling out this form does not guarantee a design sheet. I will evaluate if I will be able to design/execute the idea that you have. Please make sure that your ideas align with my artistic style. If I don't think I can do your design I will still contact you to let you know. 
-You will be required to pay the design fee once contacted. Unfortunately I can't start drawing before I have received this. Once payment is received you will receive your designs within 14 days. 
-Please note I need a minimum of 2 reference photos. Please be as specific as you can when describing your idea as this helps me to draw your designs accurately. Dot points about your idea are great!
-Designs are to be used for the purchaser only, with the intention that they are being purchased to be tattooed on the individual. These are not to be used for anything else such as marketing, promotions or merchandise without my permission.
